PREDAVANJA I RADIONICA U OKVIRU PROJEKTA DAWETREST / NETWORKING AND POLICY RECOMMENDATIONS FOR WETLAND IMPROVEMENT IN THE MIDDLE DANUBE

Poljoprivredna stručna služba “Sombor” u okviru projekta DaWetRest (Danube Wetlands and flood plains Restoration through systemic, community engaged and sustainable innovative actions: www.dawetrest.eu) organizovala je predavanja i radionicu koja se održala 18. oktobra 2024. godine u Edukativnom centru za poljoprivrednike.

Predavanja svojim prisustvom su podržali predsednika Skupstine grada Sombora Vladislav Živanović , predavači iz Vojvodina šuma, Carske i Obedske bare, koordinatori i partneri projekta iz Republike Hrvatske, Udruženje građanja Podunav kao i prisutni slušaoci iz različitih društvenih oblasti.

Predavanja su online istovremeno pratili pratneri projekta iz Bugraske, Rumunije i ostalih EU zemalja.

DaWetRest  je projekat koji uključuje 46 institucija iz 12 zemalja Evrope koje zajednički rade na demonstraciji aktivnosti obnove dunavskih močvara na području srednjeg Dunava (Republika Hrvatska, Mađarska, Srbija, Bosna i Hercegovina), donjeg Dunava (Bugarska) i delte Dunava (Rumunija).

 

As part of the DaWetRest project (Danube Wetlands and flood plains Restoration through systemic, community engaged and sustainable innovative actions: www.dawetrest.eu), the Agricultural Extension Service "Sombor" organized lectures and a workshop on October 18, 2024 at the Educational Center for farmers.

The lectures were supported by the President of the Assembly of the City of Sombor, Vladislav Živanović, lecturers from Vojvodina Forests, Carska and Obedska bara, project coordinators and partners from the Republic of Croatia, the Association of Citizens of the Danube Region, as well as the present listeners from various social fields.

The lectures were simultaneously followed online by project partners from Bulgaria, Romania and other EU countries.

DaWetRest is a project involving 46 institutions from 12 European countries working together to demonstrate Danube wetland restoration activities in the Middle Danube (Republic of Croatia, Hungary, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina), Lower Danube (Bulgaria) and Danube Delta (Romania).
