Here's an update from one of our key innovation actions: Piloting a Green Hatchery.

Significant progress has been made in preparing outdoor pools and pipeline systems to enhance the hatchery's capacity and capabilities.
A successful trial run in indoor pools ensured optimal conditions for fish development.
500 kg of autochthonous (native) carp have been released across four designated locations, directly contributing to biodiversity in the Middle Danube region.

This achievement represents an essential step toward revitalizing fish populations and securing the long term sustainability of the Middle Danube ecosystem.
